Napalm is burning

Her delicate tender young skin

An aggrieved teenager is watching

At this horrifying scene

Thousands of miles away

On a black and white

Or is it colour TV screen

Eyes well up
Swell up

Worrying

Asking

How can I stop

The slaughtering

Of kin and kind

The educated in charge

Should know better but

When ego takes over

Crying out for sympathy...

We vote for life

We need to see smell taste

couple it with Stillness and Silence

While we're on the go

Always remembering to say our prayers

To keep the channel open to 

The Creator's ready ears

All the answers are unlocked without tears

Be comforted by the echoes of our hearts

It stops when Humanity says
